Sat 27 May - meet&greet PETER BROSENS - director KING OF THE BELGIANS

This Saturday, 20:30hrs, KING OF THE BELGIANS director Peter Brosens will attend a special English subtitled screening of his new film at Lumière! Is KING OF THE BELGIANS a mockumentary about the European crisis or just an entertaining road movie? The  screening will be followed by Q&A with the director. This event is in cooperation with Meet Maastricht Festival.

Lumière shows films in their original language, usually with Dutch subtitles. To answer to the need of our foreign visitors, and also, to bring our beloved films to a broader audience, we show a new feature film with English subtitles every Tuesday. In May we show DJANGO, the biopic of jazz legend Django Reinhardt, with English subtitles. More info & tickets.
