First selection films in competition:

FIFO, Sacha Ferbus (13 min.)
First in first out (FIFO) is a shelving technique used in supermarkets. Stephan must place the freshest products behind the oldest ones. Products nearing their sell-by date must be destroyed. When going to the bins in the basement, Stephan will have to face those who could still benefit from them, but who are excluded by the system. He will also have to confront who he was before getting a job.

OS Love, Marcel Derek Ramsay (6 min.)
Click, click. Tip, tip, tip… Tip, tip. A young woman seeks spirituality and tranquility in the web. Bit by bit she dives into the absurd realm of screensavers and desktop backgrounds until merging with the uncanny operating system named "OS Love".

Tailor, Suma Filmes (10 min.)
TAILOR is a transgender cartoonist that shares in his web page other trans people's experiences and their challenges in society.

Mixed Motion Project, Marin Kafedjiiski (4 min.)
A bird eye perspective on movement and motion.

Real Estate, Laurence Rosier Staines (5 min.)
A documentary crew follows a trio of millennials who are terrorising a gentrified suburb to drive down house prices.

Mamma, Gonzalo Cotelo (6 min.)
A young woman finds herself trapped in the middle of a gang turf war when she witnesses a cold blooded murder.

The Box, Merve Cirisoglu Cotur (7 min.)
The happy life of a Syrian kid alters instantly with the sudden war and he finds himself in a state of struggle. The war changes not only lives, but also the role of his box; first as a carefully built toy house, then as a place to take shelter in a refugee camp with full of dangers and finally as a boat that sails for a journey towards hope.

A Fleeting Dream, Jay Worsley (3 min.)
A short film about being immersed in a dream. Wandering through a dream trying to grasp each moment as it quickly slips through your fingers. Playing memories in your head over and over again hoping to relive that salty sea air grazing your cheek. Hearing the sound of the crashing waves singing like a church choir. That feeling when you are so absorbed into the moment that you feel your heart beating while remembering to catch your breath between moments. All to get lost in memory like a fleeting dream.

Brug, Niels Bourgounje (4 min.)
In 'Bridge' we see how Jos approaches a bridge after a relaxing drive, where on the other side of the bridge another driver approaches named Ad. Ad gives the right of way. But Jos insists that Ad goes first. Who will cross the bridge first?

Such a Perfect Day, Vincent Konings (3 min.)
